In 2016, it was stated that the business world would need at least 1 million data scientists until 2018. It continues to be discussed how long this increase will continue and how large a deficit it will create. As a matter of fact, according to IBM's 2020 estimates, data scientist needs will continue to increase by at least 7 times as much as required. In countries with different cultures and dynamics, such as China, India, Spain, and the United Kingdom, the data scientist shortage by 2020 is expected to reach millions. Many important institutions and the internet giant, with the acceleration gained by artificial intelligence, the prospect of the elimination of the deficit in the profession, as the data scientist in the opinion that the tragic effect of a negative way. This table for the data scientist; The countries are encouraged to organize important and unifying activities in order to understand their own potential and in particular to create a collective intelligence in this field.
International Conference on Data Science and Applications-ICONDATA Conference; It represents an important driving force for the discovery of the potential of our country in terms of data science, the individuals working in this field and performing practices in different disciplines. Presenting data science as a sub-subject in many conferences in the past years is a basic sign that the importance of the field has been recognized. However, given the growing data scientist gap, it is clear that this area should not be presented as a sub-topic / subject, but rather as a focal point. This is the only conference to be held on 3-6 October 2019 in Edremit, Balıkesir, at the 2nd Conference on Data Science and Applications (ICONDATA'19). The variety of participation and working subjects in the first year is an important step in terms of ensuring awareness in our country in terms of data science. In the second step this year, Turkey will carry the name of science data strategy and understanding of human potential. The mission of the ICONDATA conference is not limited to the discovery and increase of potential. The results that can be obtained by analyzing the data in many areas which are not applicable include the difference that the data scientist will create. In this context, an exhibition will be held in ICONDATA'19 to show how artworks can be used as data and what artificial intelligence can create in the light of these data.
Artifacts of artificial intelligence are described as exciting worldwide. Van Gogh's starry night table is used as a main source by researchers. The Deep Classical Art project was launched in 2018 in order to produce alternative sources for the promotion of examples of our rich cultural heritage to the whole world. In the first leg of the project, the art of Marbling art is discussed. Deep Novice Marbling Dataset was created with the marbles produced by the project researchers Ayşin Taşdelen and presented as an alternative source to the whole world via Kaggle (https://www.kaggle.com/ayshine/deep-novice-ebru).
The first one of the works within the scope of the project was selected to be exhibited at the Digital Art Works Gallery of the world famous NIPS conference. In the continuation of the study, marbling works such as Hikmet Barutçugil and Yılmaz Eneş were taken from the master names of the field.
